Shipping for customers account and risk. Minimum postage CHF 7.-, in addition to that we only charge the actual postage. Prices are in Swiss franks (CHF) and Euro (EUR). Conversions from other currencies have to be made at the current exchange rate.
From a total amount of CHF 100.00 up we deliver only against payment in advance. We do not accept cheques, but the following credit cards (Mail-Order): American Express, Mastercard and VISA.

Shipments per invoice have to be paid pure net immediately on delivery. Reservation of title till full payment of invoice. Legal domicile for the contracting parties is Zürich, Switzerland.

Right of return and right of withdrawal

The customer has the right of withdrawal either by issue of a contract statement in written form (e. g. by letter, fax, e-mail) within two weeks after receiving the goods without giving any reasons, or by return of the goods. The deadline begins at the earliest with the receipt of the instruction. In order to protect the right of withdrawal it is required to return the withdrawal or the goods in good time. The right of withdrawal does not exist in case of audio or video recordings or software, when the seal of the delivered data carrier has been broken by the customer.
Goods which can be parceled are to be returned. The cost for return of goods out of a delivery in which the purchase value is not more than 40 Euro will be met by the customer providing the delivered goods correspond to the purchase order. Otherwise the return is free of charge.

In the case of an effective withdrawal both parties are bound to return the benefits already consumed and any eventual revenue (e. g. interest). If the customer cannot return the benefits already consumed either whole or in part or only in a poor condition he or she is obliged to compensate to the appropriate value. This does not apply if the goods are left to us when the deterioration of the goods are exclusively due to the inspection and tests (which would be possible for the customer in the store).
